Real estate management and development company MG Valda has started to develop A class business complex Park Town in Lvovo street, Vilnius. The new complex will consist of two buildings, whose total area will be 22 000 square meters.
Aiming to bring employees closer to nature, Remigijus Bimba, the architect and general manager of the “Architektūros kūrybinė grupė” company, designed the Park Town complex roof to blend in with Šeškinės hills. In addition, as many as possible of the complex windows will face the Japanese Garden of Vilnius.
For the first time in Lithuania, business center Park Town’s facades will be equipped with sun collectors. The total area of the first building facade will be around 8000 square meters and the total area of the second one – 11 000 square meters. The first stage of the West Hill project will be finished at the third quarter of 2017, while the second stage is scheduled to be completed at the third quarter of 2019.
